Jaydee Daley Returns & Exchange Policy

We understand that there may be times when you need to return an item. This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and faulty items with care and fairness.

🌿 Change of Mind (Before Dispatch)

If you change your mind after placing your order, you have 15 minutes to cancel it.

  • If payment has not yet been taken, you will not be charged.

  • If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

🌿 Change of Mind (After Dispatch)

If you change your mind after receiving your item, you may request an exchange or credit note within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With the Jaydee Daley security tag fully intact

  • In original packaging

  • Returned to us within 14 days of return approval

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns unless the item is faulty.
Instead, we offer:

  • An exchange for another item of equal value

  • Or a store credit (valid for future purchases)

Note: You must cover return postage for change-of-mind returns.
We’ll provide instructions and a shipping label via email, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your credit.

💎 Earrings Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, worn earrings cannot be returned.
Earrings may only be returned if unworn and with the security tag intact.

⚠️ Faulty Items

If your item is faulty, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it.

  • You will be sent a prepaid shipping label via email.

  • Please ensure the item is returned within the label’s specified time frame.

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 calendar days. If the item is returned after 14 days, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund in line with your consumer rights.

  • A short reason for the return or exchange request

If approved, you will receive:

  • Return instructions

  • A shipping label (if the item is faulty)
